Andy Foote

In 1994 Andy founded BMS Finance after enterprising management careers with Banks' Brewery & BMW. Focusing on Customer Service this company grew to be the largest independant Finance Company in the Midlands and was successfully sold in 2002. During 1994 Andy discovered the value of overseas investment and identified the importance of securing ones financial future through this enjoyable & rewarding process. With this in mind BMS Homes was created to provide this service to the existing 4000 Clients of BMS and of course, to our New Investors.

Andy continues to build the future of BMS Homes on the principles of "Value & Customer Service" and offer our Investors unique, hand picked Developments using his extensive knowledge and experience.

Sue Fraser

Trained in Commerce & Business at BMW for 5 years before joining Andy in the set up of BMS in 1994.

During her career with the Company Sue has successfully invested herself in several projects, giving her a complete understanding of all aspects of Overseas Property Investment.

Combined with a meticulous & methodical approach, Sue is ideally placed to direct the design and operation of the Systems & Services BMS Homes offers to its Investors.

Sue is passionate about her career and prides herself in delivering these services with efficiency, professionalism and above all... help & advice that is the envy of our competitors.


John Carey

Finance Director John Carey

John spent the early years of his career in professional offices, and following qualification as a Certified Accountant in 1987, he moved into the commercial sector.

He has held a number of key finance positions, initially in the motor trade (BMW) and more recently as Finance Director with a privately owned multi site firm of electrical wholesalers.

John joined BMS in late 2007 and has brought with him a wealth of experience, introducing new systems and making us more efficient. He´s such an asset to the Company, giving us clear direction and the ability to plan ahead accurately.


Phil Jones

Sales Manager (Director Designate) – Off Plan Properties Phil Jones

Phil joined our Sales team in 2007 from holding senior positions with some of the nation´s biggest and most successful retailers. His career diversified into the commercial world of professional sport having held the role of Head of Retail at both Birmingham City Football Club and Leicester City Football Club before joining up with BMS.

Taking a keen interest in identifying our investors´ financial goals and helping them to select the right product for their needs, Phil prides himself on his professional approach and is passionate about delivering service and product excellence.


Rob Griffin

Sales Manager - Off Plan Properties

Rob Griffin

At BMS Homes we believe in offering our unique products through quality individuals.

Rob spent 5 & 6 years respectively with national companies Dylon Plc and Evans Halshaw Ltd, heading their Birmingham Sales Departments.

Focusing on Customer Service, he started his own Motor Company in Birmingham and sold this to an associate after 6 years of growth, before joining BMS Homes in 2005.

Rob also successfully owns investment property in Cyprus & Spain and decided to further his career using his extensive knowledge & experience to help others invest. With a natural empathy and an attention to detail Rob has established himself as a valued member or the BMS Homes Team


Paul Wood

Paul Wood

Paul joined the team at BMS in February 2007 after gaining over 20 years experience in business-to-business environment selling to, and establishing a network, of Trade Sales of Industrial Products.

Paul's experiences include Business Manager of a £14M manufacturing national group business, with over 100 staff, which then led him to the role of General Manager of a specialist manufacturing company.

We feel that the benefits of Paul's business experience will prove a great success to the business of Key Ready and Resales of our investors properties.

Paul joined the BMS team in the summer of 2008. From leaving school he had followed his interest in engineering and developed a successful career with a number of companies. The last 11 years of that career were spent in sales and sales management. A personal interest in property led him to be introduced to BMS Homes and investing in a Cyprus property and with plans to acquire more he was thrilled to begin a working relationship with them. Paul prides himself on developing good loyal relationships with his clients and working to understand their needs. He truly sees the investment opportunity and is proud to share this with many others for financial security for themselves.

Kirsty Trodden Nikki Glaze

Kirsty and Nikki will be your first point of contact when telephoning or visiting us at BMS. When calling they will direct your calls to the relevant department or if you are visiting our premises you will be greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome.

Kirsty having worked in Customer Services with Thomson Holidays, and Nikki a receptionist for a local firm of Solicitors, both recognise the importance of customer satisfaction and retention and strive to continue with the high standards that we have implemented at BMS, not only within each department but right through to ´front of house´, and with this in mind they offer clients a very efficient and professional welcome.


Maxine Tropman

Maxine Tropman

Offering all clients an efficient and professional service throughout the purchase of their overseas investment property, Maxine "holds the hands" of each and every investor ensuring they receive helpful and friendly guidance and advise whilst also assisting with completion and return of Contracts, Payments, Site Visits and regular updates to clients on project development, throughout the whole buying process.

With vast knowledge Maxine gained through her time with Taylor Woodrow de Espana, she uses this and her experience in answering questions offering peace of mind to BMS Homes´ investors.


Donna Simms

Account & Completions Manager (UK Based)

Donna Simms

Having lived in the capital of London for a number of years, during 2004 Donna decided to return to her roots in the Midlands, in the same year she embarked upon her career with BMS Homes.

Initially as our Office Manager Donna built great relationships with our client base by offering her wealth of knowledge when answering any queries clients presented her with, and with this in mind BMS Homes expanded this department to offer these second-to-none services and facilities to other UK based selling Agents, meaning that Donna is now responsible for the smooth processing and managing of over 600 Accounts.

For BMS Homes clients, Donna will guide the smooth handover of your property by liasing with you for furniture options, setting up of the community accounts along with client guidance on paying utility bills for your property, plus she will make arrangements for a convenient handover delivery date as completion nears.


Sarah Hammersley

BMS Homes’ unique Mortgage Package offers the investor convenience and flexibility. Sarah also practices these two important qualities when helping Clients to fund their overseas investments. With a career in Financial Services for 14 years, Sarah joined BMS Homes in 2005 to manage our growing Mortgage Department.

Her attention to detail is vital in the smooth processing of each mortgage and her innovative approach ensures BMS Investors are at the cutting edge and are offered the very latest in Overseas Mortgage Products.

Working closely with Cypriot Banks, Sarah is committed to ensuring all of our Clients realise their full investment potential.

With the expansion of our Mortgage Department at BMS, Lisa joined at the end of 2007 to assist Sarah in the processing of our client mortgage applications.

With a background of high standard customer service and strict deadlines, Lisa continues with these qualities which means a much more streamlined and efficient service can be passed onto our clients regarding all mortgage matters.


BMS TRAVEL

BMS Travel has been set up with a view to assisting our investor clients to maximise rental income for their overseas properties. They will organise all aspects of the rental services from key distribution, collection of deposit and balances, organising cleaners etc - right through to calendar control.

Having had more than 20 years experience in the travel industry Paula quickly rose through the ranks to the role of RSM at one of the largest travel agents in the UK, Thomson Holidays. It is with great pleasure we, along with our investors, welcome Paula's exciting ideas, valued experience and knowledge of the travel business to BMS Travel.

Paula has the sole responsibility of assisting our investor clients to maximise rental income for their overseas properties.

Kate brings her 5 years travel experience to BMS Travel having gained previous experience with the two major travel companies, Thomson & Thomas Cook, working within a sales environment as well as gaining vast experience during her placement overseas.

Kate works along side Paula Scott in the travel department ensuring property rental is maximised plus exploring new ideas to increase rental sales.

Kate focuses herself on delivering excellent customer satisfaction, encouraging rental guests to return to our properties year after year.
